Shinchem SF 9211 is a Multiple Organic Modified Hydrophilic Softener. It has some features as following:

Recommended application
Shinchem SF 9211 is recommended for hand feeling treatment woven and knit fabrics of polyester, cotton, and wool and silk. It can improve the hydrophilic property of fabrics and provide luxurious handle with very low impact on whiteness.
Specially recommend to improve the hydrophilic property and slippery hand feeling for the wool, polyester, cotton, linen and T/C fabrics. Also, it is suitable for bleaching fabrics.
